The hotel is conveniently located near WongTaiSin MTR station, making it easy to explore the city. It's situated in an old neighborhood, giving a true Hong Kong experience. A one-time metro ride to the station was only 8 HKD. Additionally, the rooms were clean and quiet, providing a relaxing stay.
Staff were rude and the breakfast queue was long, resulting in a frustrating experience.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet well-connected to public transport. We were able to easily explore the city and visit all the tourist attractions. The staff provided excellent service, especially in assisting us in getting a cab to the airport. The room amenities were top-notch, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. We appreciated the daily cleaning and towel changes, ensuring a fresh and comfortable stay.
Although the hotel provided good services, they could benefit from more training and improving their services, especially during the morning shift. There were a few instances where they did not promptly respond to our requests, which could have been better.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They even offered us the first available room when my daughter fell ill. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a great shower. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, yet well-connected to public transport. We also appreciated the various amenities such as room service and car hire. we were impressed with the service and facilities offered here.
We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
